Adding to their roster of designers, interiors company, Hygge & West, commissioned Pattern People to create a collection of wallpaper for them. The series, inspired by the land and sea surrounding the Pacific Northwest, features abstract leaves, florals, and underwater creatures. Below is one of my designs titled, Forest Leaves, which references the web of undergrowth found on the forest floor.

Designed with Claudia Brown for the Beneath the Surface exhibit, this wallpaper features flora and fauna in a psychedelic montage of hand drawn art. The wallpaper is designed as panels which can be framed as a single piece of art or tiled together to create a wallpaper effect. The black and white outlined shapes are perfect for customizing with your own color palette.

Promoting both quality and craftsmanship, Stumptown Coffee treats the coffee bean with reverence and you can taste it in every cup. Wanting an alternative packaging option, Stumptown commissioned a series of apothecary style bottles which showcase their finely roasted beans.

Beneath the Surface is an exhibition curated by Claudia Brown and myself featuring the work of surface designers from around the world such as Deanne Cheuk, Mike Perry, Anna Giertz, Kustaa Saksi and more. This is a piece I created for the show using crystals and minerals as my inspiration which I also translated into the design of the poster and showcards.

Electronic company, Belkin, wanted to create a standout booth at the Consumer Electronics Show. Escaping from traditional themes, the products were displayed within a home environment to demonstrate the ease and natural incorporation they could have on one’s life. Floral motifs were used to further highlight the concept of “electronic growth” within the home.
